Marketplace Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketplace Manager, E-Commerce Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in sales, traffic, conversion rate, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in developing pricing, promotional, campaign, and sales growth strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Good understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Experience in managing relationships with marketplace representatives and maximizing platform programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Finance Staff Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketplace sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and oversee store operations across multiple marketplace platforms.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, promotional, discount, bundling, and sales campaign strategies.
- Lead and develop the marketplace team to ensure operational and sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor store performance through sales, traffic, conversion rate, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, customer service, and finance teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Optimize store appearance, product catalogs, and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with marketplace representatives and participate in platform campaigns and programs.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
