Senior Accounting Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting Staff or Senior Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and accounting software.
- Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High integrity, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Experience in manufacturing or retail industries is an advantage.
Senior Accounting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking teams and business partners regarding financial documentation and reporting.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
