Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Finance Staff Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
Finance Staff Responsibilities:
- Manage and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports (monthly & annual).
- Monitor and control company cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (including Mandarin speaking partners).
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and periodic internal audits.
- Provide financial analysis to support management decision making.
