Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines according to standard operating procedures.
Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Record production data and submit daily reports.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational background is a plus).
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/production environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical instructions and safety guidelines.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.
