End to End Event Installation for Aqua Electronics: Creating a Complete Brand Experience
Our team was appointed as the installation vendor for an Aqua Electronics event, with the responsibility of delivering a well integrated and professionally organized brand environment throughout the venue. The project covered multiple functional areas and required careful coordination to ensure visual and functional consistency across all installations.
From initial planning through on site execution, we managed the entire installation process to ensure that each element supported the event’s requirements while accurately representing the Aqua Electronics brand, all completed within an overall project timeline of approximately two weeks.
Scope of Work
The project comprised approximately 26 custom built showcase and installation units, covering all major areas of the event. Not limited to product installations alone.
The scope included:
Product showcase installations for Aqua Electronics appliances
Event gate structures serving as the main brand entrance
Reception desk installations for visitor interaction and information
Main stage decoration and supporting structures
Interactive zones, including sports themed game areas and photobooth backdrops
Each installation was designed to meet specific functional requirements while maintaining a unified visual identity across the event.
Design, Fabrication, & Installation
To accommodate the scale and variety of installations, our team applied a structured workflow that combined custom fabrication with adaptable construction methods. This approach enabled us to deliver installations of varying forms, sizes, and functions while maintaining consistency in material quality, lighting integration, and branding execution.
Close attention was given to proportions, finishing, and illumination, ensuring that each element functioned effectively as both a physical structure and a brand communication medium.
On Site Execution
Installation works were carried out in a coordinated manner across multiple zones within the venue. Our team managed structure positioning, alignment, and lighting calibration on site, while maintaining close communication with event organizers and supporting vendors.
This coordinated execution ensured that all installations were completed efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the overall event layout.
